Scott leads Creek Equity's investment decisions and works directly with the leadership of each company it owns. He is involved in the work: reviewing results, helping recruit leaders, and planning the next stage of growth with each management team.
What he looks for has not changed in twenty years: operators who know their business cold, a product customers already want, a plan he can explain in a page, and a reason to believe the business can be meaningfully larger with the right partner.
